Your pre-session intake must be completed at least 3 business days before the session; if not received by then, JLA may reschedule your session to ensure adequate preparation. All sessions are recorded using AI-assisted transcription tools for documentation purposes; by participating, you consent to this recording. Your Brand Jump Brief and Loom walkthrough are delivered within 72 hours of the session. Your fee credits toward any JLA project or retainer engagement for 90 days from the date of your session.
