These terms apply to The Brand Jump, a paid brand strategy session offered by JLAgency LLC. By completing payment, you agree to the following.
The Brand Jump payment is due at the time of scheduling. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received. All sales are final. This is a strategic engagement that includes dedicated research and preparation before your session. Refunds are not available once payment is submitted.
You may reschedule your session one time, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedule requests with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a completed session.
No-shows are treated as a completed session. The brief will not be produced and the session will not be rescheduled.
After payment, you will receive a strategic intake questionnaire. This must be completed at least 3 business days before your session.
If the intake is not completed by this deadline, JLA reserves the right to reschedule your session to ensure adequate preparation time. This counts as your one permitted reschedule.
All Brand Jump sessions are recorded using video conferencing tools (Zoom) and AI-assisted meeting companions (such as Otter.ai) for transcription and documentation purposes.
These recordings are used solely by JLA to produce your Brand Jump Brief and are not shared publicly or with third parties. By participating in the session, you consent to this recording.

Your Brand Jump Brief and Loom walkthrough will be delivered within 72 hours of your session via email.
The brief is a strategic diagnostic document. It does not include messaging architecture, voice guidelines, visual identity, finished copy, content calendars, or execution-ready assets. Those are engagement-scope deliverables available through JLA separately.
If you choose to move forward with a JLA project or retainer engagement, your Brand Jump fee will be credited toward that engagement.
This credit is valid for 90 days from the date of your session. The credit applies to JLA engagements only and is non-transferable.
All information shared during the intake, session, and brief is treated as confidential by JLA and will not be shared publicly or with competitors.
If you have agreed to participate as a case study partner, only information you have explicitly approved will be used in JLA marketing materials.
The Brand Jump Brief and all deliverables become the property of the client upon delivery.
JLA retains the right to reference the engagement generally (e.g., “brand strategy for a wellness CPG brand”) in portfolios and marketing materials, unless a case study agreement is in place that permits more specific reference.
