AI Shoot Sample Set – Terms The Sample Set includes 3 AI-generated images of one (1) product, with one (1) round of revisions. Delivery is typically 5-7 business days from completed intake. Credit. The full purchase price ($500) may be applied as credit toward any JLAgency shoot package purchased within 30 days of the Sample Set purchase date. Credit is not transferable and has no cash value. Refunds. Because production begins upon intake, the Sample Set is non-refundable once work has started. The 30-day package credit applies regardless. Usage. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered images for your brand’s commercial and marketing purposes. JLAgency may display the work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Your responsibilities. You confirm you have rights to the product, packaging, logos, and reference materials you provide. You are solely responsible for how you use, label, and disclose AI-generated imagery in your markets and channels, including any platform or regulatory disclosure requirements. Process. Images are AI-generated from your approved references and direction. One revision round covers adjustments within the approved shot plan; new concepts or additional rounds are scoped separately.
